Pros
Decent crew. Flexible hours/days. Lunches/snacks/coffee provided sometimes by reps.
Cons
Money, money, money. This is truly a corporation. They treat their patients and employees like cash cows. Requiring Campaign calls to get people to come in even if they don't need to is unethical. This is a dermatology office as well as offering aesthetician services, which is great but management is so hooked on making cash that they want us to go over providers heads and schedule people even if not needed. Non-medical degree staff try to speak on things that only providers should. The campaign calls as a form of marketing is very outdated and nonessential. The computer systems that are used are either outdated or are new but need alot of work because there's too many glitches. Regional managers push for the campaign calls so hard it makes us wonder are they getting a kickback for it. The company use to be very "Cheers" style where everyone knows everyone, but people come and go and management doesn't want to acknowledge why or make the changes to keep people. Patients and employees feel the corporate changes and it doesn't leave a good impression.
