During this individual’s employment, we recognized their abilities and ambition and extended an offer for a promotion based on our confidence in their potential. Unfortunately, shortly after this offer was made, the employee failed to report to work for four consecutive days without notice or communication (no call, no shows), which is a direct violation of company policy and professional standards. We maintain clear expectations, professional communication, and a results driven culture Employees are supported and encouraged to complete their work successfully, while also being held accountable for their responsibilities. Due to the nature of our industry, we seek individuals who are able to handle the workload professionally and appropriately. In some cases, those expectations are not met, which can result in performance or employment issues.
