Travel Director lies to both internal and external employees and refuses to listen to knowledge or experience from staff. Lost nearly 70% of the company in the last year due to poor decisions and pride, but both CEO and Travel Director will brag about their boats and million dollar homes. Everything that made the company great for 38 years has been trashed by them in less than 2 years.
