      Pros

      The camaraderie and genuine connections. Being part of a large corporation like Advantage Solutions also meant that there were a lot of opportunities for remote events.

      Cons

      AUC leadership was all over the place. The goals changed every quarter and it seemed that they didn't know what direction to take that section of the business or how.

      Unlimited PTO Good additional working perks/benefits Strong network of different opportunities for growth

      Cons

      "Encourages" growth but doesn't do anything when it comes time to grow "Unlimited PTO" but gets judged when there's "too much PTO used" even when performance is not impacted Seems like a click-y culture
