Cons
- Extremely weak technical leadership. Backend and Frontend Leads have little to no authority or decision-making power. - Product TLs dominate everything, including technical discussions, appraisals, team decisions, and office politics, even when they lack technical understanding. - Strong favoritism culture. Performance matters less than personal equation with managers/Product TLs. -Promotions and appraisals are highly biased and not based on merit. - Long working hours are normalized, often extending late into the night without proper compensation or comp-offs. - No work-from-home flexibility despite demanding schedules.
