Bad management Working unpaid over hours. Lack of communication ( unless you have one of the good managers) Your effort and contribution is not valued. Aggressive behavior from ppl in key positions. No HR support. Ridiculous low salaries in positions just because are based in Patras and not in Athens or any other big city. Last minute cut of days off. No leadership skills
