      A really bad experience

      Pros

      Only pros are related with the company funding.

      Cons

      Top management is very poor. There is hardly any organizational structure inside the company, and the pre-existing people ensure that this is being maintained. Company treats the mid and low level employees so bad, while the new ones can only survive if they cope with the existing unhealthy situation.

      Salary ( if you are in a good position ) Communication ( very few good managers )

      Cons

      Bad management Working unpaid over hours. Lack of communication ( unless you have one of the good managers) Your effort and contribution is not valued. Aggressive behavior from ppl in key positions. No HR support. Ridiculous low salaries in positions just because are based in Patras and not in Athens or any other big city. Last minute cut of days off. No leadership skills

      Pay on time, nothing else to add as Pros

      Cons

      Problems with pay scales, no benefits, no career advancement only those who give credits to management (brown nose) daily...academic staff and management full of PhD's but without corporate / business experience. Easy layouts without pre-assessment, lack of security, a lot of discrimination especially to female employees.
