The management, particularly the Japanese leadership, tries to impose a rigid and foreign work culture, without understanding or respecting local norms. 2. Salaries and bonuses are rarely paid on time. They are often disbursed mid-month, leaving employees frustrated and financially uncertain. 3. Unpredictable Promotions or demotions seem to be handed out at the whim of management, based on personal mood rather than merit. 4. Unethical Termination Practices: Female employees are particularly vulnerable. I've seen colleagues terminated without any prior notice just because they required maternity leave. 5. The company frequently changes its policies without informing employees. One day, you might find out the rules have changed, leaving you confused and uncertain about your standing. 6. Slave-Like Treatment: There’s a general sense that the management believes they can do whatever they want because they think employees in Bangladesh won’t question them. 7. Terrible HR and Leadership: The HR department and the japanese director is unresponsive to employee concerns. Instead of solving problems, they seem more focused on maintaining control and pleasing upper management at any cost.
