Pros

The director is friendly, great team mates, good coffee, nice dining space.

Cons

While working, all of a sudden you will get a slack message: who did this! 😞 Anything you say or do can be held against you by the court of law. And you will feel like you're in a prison. Even your PC is tracked using software 😔. You can be really good, but If you are not Upto their expectations, they will either fire you or demote you instantly. If you're a good engineer, The salary is bad and also the increment is bad. If you don't have any skill and want a easy job then I guess it's okay, as I have found with many. Few Bangladeshi management are very rude, they will instantly complain against you, say words like 'I will take action against you'.

Pros

Good office decorations, unlimited tea and coffee, friendly colleagues

Cons

Experience at Adventure Dhaka Ltd. was extremely disappointing. The company’s toxic culture overshadows any positives. 1. The management, particularly the Japanese leadership, tries to impose a rigid and foreign work culture, without understanding or respecting local norms. 2. Salaries and bonuses are rarely paid on time. They are often disbursed mid-month, leaving employees frustrated and financially uncertain. 3. Unpredictable Promotions or demotions seem to be handed out at the whim of management, based on personal mood rather than merit. 4. Unethical Termination Practices: Female employees are particularly vulnerable. I've seen colleagues terminated without any prior notice just because they required maternity leave. 5. The company frequently changes its policies without informing employees. One day, you might find out the rules have changed, leaving you confused and uncertain about your standing. 6. Slave-Like Treatment: There’s a general sense that the management believes they can do whatever they want because they think employees in Bangladesh won’t question them. 7. Terrible HR and Leadership: The HR department and the japanese director is unresponsive to employee concerns. Instead of solving problems, they seem more focused on maintaining control and pleasing upper management at any cost.

Pros

Good food Good interior design Good salary at the joining.

Cons

I can bet any amount of money on the fact that the three reviews, that contains 5 star, is absolutely paid review. I work there, and I know that the HOED (Head of Engineering Department) can force any employee to provide a 5-star review, otherwise t-hreate-n them to t-erm-inat-e from their job. This is not a software company. This is a P-R-I-S-O-N. They are running a D-grade company in the name of Japanese culture...LOL. Their Japanese team gets all the facilities, leaves, and all other facilities. But you will only receive criticism, mental pressure, fake punctuality, moody PM, absolutely unworthy, disqualified, arrogant, mannerless HOED (who was previously a TRUCK DRIVER, and he used fake qualifications on his career. I have all the evidences. I wish I could show it to others). And, they also give an increment of $10-$20. So, think again before joining.
