Used to be a good company - Anonymous employee Advisian Employee Review

Since MTG got bought out by Advisian a lot of things went downhill. Bonuses will be gone soon. Company trip one a year is gone. Managers are always high stress, and the teams don't deliver what's expected by the clients. The team in Europe don't have any idea of what personal values are, or have very low standards. I had a manager that openly allowed a coworker to sleep with the client's project manager. I had another manager often say that the work my coworkers and I did could have been done by monkeys. I honestly didn't completely disagree with him, because I often thought that during an analysis a monkey could do what a consultant do (following people around and taking notes), but I just want to point out that management at Advisian are people with no filter and pretend to coach clients on how to be good managers and don't apply the same principles to them selves.
