Worley's failed consultancy side hussle - Principal Consultant Advisian Employee Review

I experienced the worst of the worst at Advisian, from out right bullying by "senior" staff to sexism and racism. Toxic culture of working junior staff to near exhaustion without concern for their health or well being. A true example of rat race culture, with staff ready to sacrifice others to get up the ladder. No work life balance and gang mentality. I have seen female staff who were bullied to tears by PMs, despite reporting the incidences to management no action was taken. A toxic environment wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
