Advocate Construction is the greatest place to launch a career in sales. I have had many jobs in the past. The environment and culture within Advocate provides the most enriching experience. We promote from within. So, the support for any role is outstanding. Everyone began as a sales representative and they know the processes inside and out. Our management teams and support departments work tirelessly to ensure that the employees are acknowledged and guided with positive psychology. The culture is OUTSTANDING! We have multiple company events monthly. This is a results-based environment. A six figure salary is accessible by all, but it will require attention to detail and a willingness to get uncomfortable. The personal growth experienced in this role has been astronomical. Through dedication and hard work, we create our work-life balance. All employees at Advocate make their own schedule. All in all, I will never wish to work anywhere else. The money is out there. Are you willing to put in the hours to grow yourself and collect? Then, call our recruiters. Cons
The only 'con' I can think of is that there is no ceiling. The limit on commission does not exist. So, I tend to take less vacation time. $$$
