Thank you for providing feedback on your experience working for Advocate Construction. We appreciate your openness and assure you that we take all critiques seriously.
Thanks for noticing the new trucks! We have invested considerably in our company resources, and the trucks are easy to spot. Additionally, we made a significant investment in training and development to be even better at helping people become more productive versions of themselves.
We went into our Brookfield office expecting to see bongs and music posters, smell stale beer, and hear snoring on a couch, but your frat house experience differs from ours. You must be referring to the feeling of camaraderie among the team. While this can be intimidating as a new person/outsider, the bonds among co-workers are strong, and if you’re looking for a place to be celebrated for your work, you’ve found it.
Door to Door sales sucks only for those who remain afraid of it or let the stigma of 1950s high-pressure sales tactics shape their perception. The reality is that telemarketing, direct mail, flyer drops, radio advertising, TV, magazines, and SEO are much less effective and allow others to control our growth pace. If we did what everyone else thinks we should do, we would not have an annual compound growth rate of 32% and would not have added four new sales managers from internal candidates this year.
We wish you the best in your career. Anyone who spends enough time with us to truly see our entire organization typically sees us for who we are, which is far better than a one-star employer.
