      they offer various schedules with plenty of opportunities for overtime. Working conditions are always kept up for optimum working production.

      Cons

      Standards are always changing. Management set goals that are frequently unattainable. Rarely flexible with requesting days off. Constantly changing the team structure .

      Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

      The scheduling could be more flexible .
