      Pros

      Very Quick Decision making in operations. Backed by Essar group and hence has deep pockets. Spread across the world and thus there are opportunities at some levels to explore different cultures and countries.

      Cons

      Frequent change of direction by the management. A lot of attrition and the management thinks that is good for maintaining costs.

      Pros

      Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

      The scheduling could be more flexible .
