Pros

- They’ll hire literally everyone, regardless of experience. - you meet all sorts of friendly people with all different stories and backgrounds. And given the right circumstances you get a good Manager who’ll help you out. - looks good on your resume when applying for call centre roles as it shows your experience on the phones.

Cons

- the work culture here can be extremely toxic. You’re treated as a disposable number regardless of how competent you are and holds the attitude that you’re here to just make some money untill you find something you really want to do, hence why you’re only offered one year contracts and not given a permanent full time offer. And also hence why they provide you the bare minimum for training. - work morale from certain team leaders is horrible. When you ask for help you’re very quick to get dismissed and to just check your online manual as they probably either don’t know the answer themselves or just simply can’t be bothered dealing with you. - The pay is way too low for the amount of responsibility you do on the phone. In particular when you get offers from other call centres with the same workload with significantly more pay (like 10-15K) more.
