Pros
Easy to get the job. Descent pay. People only stay if they're in dire need for a job.
Cons
No time to breath between the calls. Strict TL/Managers. Forget leaves even if you're really sick. I was told, "if you ain't dead, you should come to office and stay in the sick room", but they won't even allow that. I've seen people faint mid calls and being carried away.
