Extremely low consideration and tecent demotion for Counselors. - Supervising Counselor Aegis Employee Review

Illegal operations. All counselors at our site have zero time for a ten minute break but are required to sign a document that indicates they were not DENIED a ten minute break. Calif law requires 10 minute breaks after 3 and a half hours of work. Counselors need to be verbally offered their brakes in order for Aegis to be in compliance with California Law. No one says anything for fear of upper management retribution. Also upper management recently changed policy making it nearly impossible for Counselors to earn their well deserved bonus.
