What I really appreciate is how cross-functional the work is. Multiple teams come together to release a single feature, which can be hectic but also extremely rewarding. You learn a lot by working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders, and you’re trusted to make decisions. If you enjoy building from scratch and don’t shy away from responsibility, this is a great place to grow.

With this kind of speed, there are naturally challenges. Processes are still evolving, and at times the lack of structure can make execution harder than it needs to be. Coordination across teams can feel like a hassle, especially when everyone is moving fast and priorities are shifting. That said, the organization is clearly aware of this and is actively working on stabilizing teams and improving processes, which is reassuring.

The pace here is genuinely exciting. We've grown a lot in the time I've been around, and I've had an opportunity to see how the product and tech teams evolve together. There's real ownership - you're not just executing tickets, you're part of conversations about where things should go. I've learned more here than I expected to, both technically and in terms of understanding what it takes to scale a company.

Unplanned work pops up more than it would at a larger, more established company. That's just the reality of being at this stage. If you need everything mapped out weeks in advance, it might feel chaotic. Personally, I've come to see it as part of the deal - stuff that genuinely needs doing, even if it wasn't on the roadmap.
