Pros
Being an ex-employee, one might think that I didn't enjoy my experience there. However, that is simply not true. I have held many other jobs in my career and I can say with confidence that Aerial Canvas was the best work experience for me, both in my growth and just overall enjoyment while working there. I was there for roughly two years and during my time there I felt like I was always heard by my superiors and colleagues, always growing/learning, and never felt like I was capped by my role. In my time at AC, I came in at a very entry level position and by the end, I was given the opportunity to start my own branch, lead a team, and feel a noticeable difference in my contribution to the company. I would say that I would particularly recommend Aerial Canvas for young professionals who want to gain valuable work experience while also having a ton of fun while at work. Although I was there at a particularly difficult time during COVID, we still found ways to have an awesome time with team bonding events, outings, etc. The leadership at AC is very healthy and Colby and Brendan do an outstanding job of checking in with each employee and making sure that everyone is actively growing and enjoying their experience. Overall, my experience built the foundation for the rest of my career and set me up for success for the foreseeable future.
Cons
There were times where I was incredibly burnt out due to an extensive amount of driving, working hours, etc. but most of these issues were solved by growing the team and better management of stress awareness and breaks given. The only other con that comes to mind was that in my particular case, I had managers from different departments at the company giving me different orders which caused some complications in completing certain tasks.
