Cons
Lazy management:
Don't expect management to do anything for you besides pointing out how many calls you are making in a day. They won't back or support you in (and especially if one of their bosses is involved). Robots!
Office politics:
It's the worse I have ever seen and so many rumors get spread and have led to people being fired. They love the saying "Perception is reality" but they are the ones creating this false reality. This happens mostly in middle management due to the fact that the CEO is disconnected and has no idea.
Special treatment:
If you happen to be related to middle management or are in the cool kids club they you will more than likely be fast tracked into an awesome producing SLED patch. I have seen senior reps that built a territory from scratch be kicked out so a family member or friend can take it over and reap all the commission...
Over worked:
If you work at aerohive you are expected to do everything (inside sales, field sales, channel development, trade shows, travel into territory twice a quarter, close and manage existing pipeline, Erate, etc all with little to no help. If you ask for help they simply say no.
