      High employee turnover Low morale across all teams No onboarding process Clique shoots down profitable ideas immediately Low pay in its industry segment, pay rise fails to even remotely track inflation Little opportunity for growth, advancing nets about 50% smaller pay rise compared to newcomer for the same position Very bare "benefits" package PTO? Forget about it.
