There are good friends to be made here.

Cons

There are talented people at AP and many employees genuinely care about clients and helping each other succeed. Unfortunately, the company currently feels heavily driven by reactive restructuring and cost cutting. Over the past several months there has been significant turnover, leadership instability, and increasing workloads placed on remaining employees without additional support. Departments have been merged, responsibilities redistributed, and morale has noticeably declined as employees question long term growth opportunities and job security. Communication around organizational changes often felt unclear, and many employees were expected to absorb the work of eliminated positions while already stretched thin. The environment became increasingly stressful and uncertain for many teams. The product has potential, but it also appears to be struggling to keep pace with competitors in an evolving market, which creates additional pressure internally. If you are considering working here, be prepared for: * frequent organizational changes * evolving job responsibilities * lean staffing * and a fast-moving environment with limited stability at this time There are good people here, but candidates should go in with realistic expectations about the current culture and direction of the company.

Pros

One of the best things about AestheticsPro is that it is a smaller company with an agile mindset. Being smaller allows teams to collaborate closely, move quickly, and adapt when new challenges or opportunities arise. Over time, teams have made tremendous strides in working together and supporting one another to help move the company forward. There is a strong sense of teamwork and a shared desire to see AestheticsPro continue to grow and succeed. People step up, take on challenges, and genuinely care about the work they do and the success of the company. I truly enjoy the work here at AestheticsPro and appreciate the opportunity to contribute in meaningful ways. There are opportunities to take on new challenges, learn beyond your role, and have a voice in helping shape processes and improvements.

Cons

With quick change employees may find themselves taking on a variety of responsibilities. If you prefer highly structured environments with narrowly defined roles, the pace and flexibility may require some adjustments.

The hybrid work model offers flexibility. The directors are generally supportive, hardworking, and committed to helping their teams succeed despite operational challenges. There are diverse talented individuals within the organization who genuinely care about the work and their colleagues.

Cons

The primary challenges at this company stem from owner level decisions. Frontline Directors are generally supportive, but major staffing and operational decisions are made by ownership and are often abrupt and reactive. They like you one minute and then the next they are calling you into a meeting to terminate you. There has been frequent turnover, including sudden terminations, sometimes communicated in ways that create unnecessary anxiety among the employees. This has significantly impacted morale and created an ongoing sense of instability. Roles are often left unfilled, and remaining employees are expected to absorb additional responsibilities without increased support or compensation. Continuity and long term planning are limited. There also seems to be a disconnect between ownership and the day to day demands placed on employees in a hybrid environment. While visible investments are made in the office, many staff members would prefer stronger financial recognition and stability. Prospective employees should ask direct questions about turnover, workload expectations, compensation structure, and how staffing decisions are handled before accepting a position.
