Management doesn't respect you Clients don't respect you because of how the services are presented to them No transparency within the company both with employees & clients Overpromising while knowing it cannot be done which creates extreme pressure & stress on employees to make the impossible happen No proper vetting of clients' companies No growth opportunities at all, only growth is for the management team No proper resources (tech or otherwise) to assist in the employee's success No job security at all and termination process is absolute garbage No actual onboarding process, you will just get thrown into having a client to take care of without prior process knowledge Clients are paying more than an entire salary for a fraction of the employee you will typically have 2-3 clients at a time but can more often than not reach 4-5 clients which is impossible to handle based on the written client agreement they will tell you there is no hierarchy within the company and you shouldn't be afraid to speak your mind but you will get in trouble if you do so
