Leadership is weak and is rarely present. Poor decision making and frivolous spending led to multiple rounds of retrenchments in Q1 and early Q2. Leadership does not practice accountability and ownership of mistakes. As a result, losing the trust of all employees. More recently, more than 100 employees took the voluntary separation scheme (VSS) due to the disapproval of the leadership. Feedback from employees often fall on deaf ears. Growth opportunities are scarce. No salary increment for the past 3 years (not even inflation adjustment).
