Pros
At the forefront of all things telecommunications and internet services. Company provides a ton of products free of charge (fibre, mobile data, etc)
Cons
Company tries to be non-corporate, but ends up being too big and diverse that departments constantly butt heads and animosity prevails. Management does not have a clear sense of what goes on underneath the "happy" facade that the company tries to maintain. Accounts - Just does, no thinking ahead Development - No consistency or intuitiveness Server Administration - Lackluster team cohesion Branding - Isolation from rest of company Client Services - Absolute joke, but then again what can you expect getting paid peanuts
