Pros

It is hard to find one. Maybe paycheck. And some people who are really smart and talented.

Cons

You're just a number here—there’s no real concern for employees, and there’s no HR to turn to. They blur the line between motivation and overwork, making long hours seem like a badge of honor. Beware of certain teams, especially those handling finances; they won’t hesitate to go behind your back to management just because you actually stick to your contracted hours. Leaving before 7 PM? Expect a battle. Work-life balance is a myth. The place is filled with business school grads who think they’re the best in the world—you can imagine the mindset.

Schedules can be adapted as required, which in your case was done proactively to ensure greater flexibility. We particularly regret the accusations made about other internal teams. Feedback between departments is never there to point the finger, but to encourage harmonious operation, based on mutual help and respect. Pros

- People: lots of young and smart people with tremendous potential - Product: great PMF and clear growth trajectory (recent US launch as a practical example) - Growth: both company and career, with lots of senior leaders starting as individual contributors; lots of opportunities to move to different teams, with clear prioritization of internal mobility/career progression - Lisbon office: 2x in size in 2025 and more to come in 2026, so good place to work from with lots of opportunity and growth - Knowledge: you get to work directly with CFO/Finance Directors, allowing you to learn and grow your financial knowledge

Cons

As with everything in life, there are always areas of improvement, but I've been here for less than a year and so far, nothing to point out

Pros

Great place to start a career in sales, as you are given a lot of autonomy early on. You are also given the opportunity to speak with large companies, and the CFOs within these companies. There is a lot of high quality exposure. The tech stack is also really solid from a sales perspective.

Cons

Nothing major, a bit more stability in processes etc would have been desirable.
