Low compensation Growth opportunities are heaving depended from the account you'll be assigned. Difficult to change account, practically you have to pass the whole interview process like you are applying directly to the account owner. Better to take your chances to apply directly and achieve better compensation and benefits. Lately, they implemented a new product/system made really difficult for employees to achieve upgrades. At least this is the feeling for now, it may get better.
