Toxic work environment, low wage, very corporate, micromanaged, management not helpful and doesn’t know what they’re doing.

Meaningful work that genuinely helps candidates. The organization's external efforts are highly positive and impactful.

This is the most toxic working environment I've ever experienced. A singular, dominant voice controls everything; if you're not approved, your contributions are irrelevant, and you're ignored, silenced, and excluded.
