Talent Loss: Unfortunately, some truly great employees have been let go—often those who focus on doing excellent work rather than politics. This is demoralizing for the broader team. The old days of Mike M. are long gone, when folks felt appreciated and valued. With Padraig, he clearly doesn't give a crap about the employees.
