Good job, bad management - Anonymous employee Agility Employee Review

I was mismanaged from day one. There was no formal training process I was just expected to learn over the phone from a guy in India. I also left to find my own training course. The management staff I was in direct contact with were the worse I have ever experienced, they were abusive, unapproachable and had absolutely no man management skills.
