Pros

1. You are provided with a option to choose home pickup or extra money above your salary as an travel expense from your home to office and vice versa... I get 5k Indian rupees so almost 59 dollars extra... 2. Good office culture, supportive manager, listen to your feedback and problems 3. The other guys which I work with in the company have good nature and are willing to help!

Cons

1. so cold 9 hour shift, you have to check in 30 min before and log out 30 min after, so technically it is a 10 hour shift!... 2. Work can get too repetitive, same type of questions and quires from customers starts too feel like you have hit a plateau after some time of work... while some may consider it as a plus point that you don't have to put so much mind in the work, but I consider it as a minus point
