- Definitely not a "people first" company and it's very noticeable - Extremely high expectations from basically everyone, often unrealistic - No tolerance for mistakes: you can do 10 amazing things and 1 bad, and your performance review score will be greatly impacted - Not enough acknowledgement on achievements - Senior management is extremely involved in day to day work, a lot of micromanagement - They say they promote diversity in but practice you need to do things their way, or get fired - Most managers are lacking in people skills and empathy, sometime even basic respectable communication skills
