      Pros

      The pros are that it is a great way to get into sales, a fun work environment, and extensive sales training. Boss is fun and gives lots of bonuses and they have fun team nights and even all paid for business trips around the country.

      Cons

      You wont make any money if you don't perform. Totally commission and you have to travel a lot to different targets around the DMV and sell AT&T to passing customers in the Tech isle of Targets/Walmarts/BJ's. Be ready for lots of NOs from customers.

      Pros

      1. A people-oriented workplace culture; 2. A huge shout-out to Okan. He is one of the best co-workers that I've ever had the honor to collaborate with: Generous, kind, full of empathy, and emotional availability. 3. Folks here DO care about your personal growth and career goal and even point your direction for you. 4. Left due to a skillset mismatch. 5. Please do keep in mind that the company is still a great place to work, especially if you meet the following categories: a. you are a people person; b. comfortable in striking up a conversation with strangers; c. Find it easy to tune in and connect with everyday folks personally and emotionally.

      It was fun, talking and meeting with that person and talking to new people all day

      Cons

      I think that the management kind of pushy on just staying focused to the company and they really want you to dwell deep on the company
