He is one of the best co-workers that I've ever had the honor to collaborate with: Generous, kind, full of empathy, and emotional availability. 3. Folks here DO care about your personal growth and career goal and even point your direction for you. 4. Left due to a skillset mismatch. 5. Please do keep in mind that the company is still a great place to work, especially if you meet the following categories: a. you are a people person; b. comfortable in striking up a conversation with strangers; c. Find it easy to tune in and connect with everyday folks personally and emotionally.

      It was fun, talking and meeting with that person and talking to new people all day

      I think that the management kind of pushy on just staying focused to the company and they really want you to dwell deep on the company
