Aha! allows you to have a real positive impact on customers. As an engineer, I get to build features every day that customers will be using just a few days later. And, we use our product internally -- it is especially satisfying to crank out a feature and then make use of it myself or to spot and implement improvements in my daily use. Aha! also focuses heavily on employee growth. I receive regular and honest feedback about my work and feel that Aha! rewards my achievements. And I was recently promoted to lead a team.
