I can honestly say that I have never been happier. Here are my top reasons why: - I work with a group of extremely motivated, kind, and hard working people that inspire me to be my best every single day. - We have a clear sense of purpose that unites everyone. There is no unnecessary drama at Aha! — just people happy to be doing meaningful work and proud to be contributing to something great. - Sustainable happiness is not a myth. Since joining Aha! I have been able to fluidly navigate work and family demands without feeling burned out and stressed. - The remote culture exceeds my expectations at every level. I feel very connected to the entire team and love that we all manage to accomplish a lot together and still have an immense amount of fun. - Each week I look back and can clearly see how I have delivered value to the overall success of the business. While I love working remotely, the people at Aha! are so awesome that I wish I could see everyone more than twice a year in person.
