Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. PDL has gone through a lot of change and growth in the last six months and we’re sorry that you had a negative experience. Building a modern technology company and delivering services at the same time is like replacing the engine on an airplane that’s already in flight – it’s challenging, a little unpredictable and bumpy at times. But, it’s also how you disrupt, innovate, and advance a company to make an impact. We recognize that we aren’t perfect but hope that our current employees will understand that we’re learning, growing, and correcting mistakes as we become aware of them, and we’re optimistic that things will continue to improve moving forward.
I’m sorry to hear your feelings about HR, compensation and exit interviews. We do conduct exit interviews but if we have had multiple conversations with an employee and know that they are not happy and looking to exit, we don’t always take the time to have a “formal” exit interview. If there’s specific feedback you’d like to give as part of your exit, you’re welcome to set time up with me, the head of eCommerce for PDL, your people leader, or your HR representative.
