Pros

Unlimited PTOs for better flexibility

Cons

There had been too many changes happening lately to the company as well as cons in regard to how the company operates with the newest CEO who was only proficient in finance and business. With new members included, new structure set and seniority still taking place, the company is still in the verge of crisis with major issues that are still not solved. Firstly, despite the flexibility to work at any hour, the new overtime process to provide approval invokes serious discrimination to non-exempt workers whose work nature relies on working beyond standard schedules. As the only provisioning associate with the most amount of experience in that field and also working as non-exempt beyond standard hours without any promotion between 2022 and 2025, I had to rely on shipments, which obviously involve proper timing and following up with the building office. I discussed this process matter with my supervisors, and they showed no sympathy to my work schedule. To make matter worse, both HR and admin teams have different views of processing overtime, where one HR member is the one who came up with that idea since the beginning of 2025. Secondly, the management style is seriously out of control because of favoritism. Initially, there were two teams of multiple members - support and provisioning. Now, these teams become one team, where we have two supervisors - associate director and the lead - whose fields are support. With three members in that team, there were such much micromanagement, toxic relationships and gaslighting going on. Even after 3 years of coming to the office at different times, it was extremely shocking to see that these remote workers still couldn't be professional with in-office etiquettes and also couldn't respect my office space and my work style, especially when I was in my vacation. Thirdly, not to mention, these two leads put quite a show for controlling provisioning processes without any slight reason or without my consent. Being the part of support that is mostly active with meetings, they display such ego to determine how things should go for me. Their process has no meanings for improvements, and the ownership is out of hand, where my ideas are like scraps in the trash. Some belittling small group is still going on.

Pros

Unlimited PTOs at the finest

Cons

There were multiple changes made to the organization, including laying off new hires and some old dedicated members. Officially, on October 31, 2025, she transferred the ownership to another company in Texas while also kicking out nearly half of the company from 20 - 25. Worst of all, as a dual role of fulfillment associate and programmer analyst, I witness support team, still not truly caring for in-office workers. A week before the company transition, the team took over the office. All of the sudden, all in-office workers' office properties were taken. Truly felt bad for those who worked hard and long enough during the difficult job market time. For those who are neurodivergent or autistic, please do not bother joining the company. You will less likely receive attention or good reputation for not being popular or favorites.
