      Incredibly stable roles due to legacy product lines supporting the business. Engineering work is satisfying and enjoyable. Several passionate and talented engineers.

      Cons

      Minimal growth for engineers. Managers and directors have trouble taking ownership of their roles. A lot of redundant middle management.

      Truelink has left this company in pieces. Major brand closures and layoffs have left the company in a bad spot. Many great teams are falling apart as key employees leave for more stable companies.
