This place got away with making salaried employees work an extra 30 minutes everyday for nearly a decade....not because there was work to be done--it was just mandatory "or else". They also deemed travel time (no matter the length) or any weekend work just a part of the job whether you were hourly or salaried. Hourly employees got the same scenario often without overtime. I don't know if they got caught, but the hours have returned to normal. This was just one example of the outright 'above the law' mentality of the ownership of the company. The husband and wife owners consistantly stick their heads in the sand and make demands on employee time that leave employees shaking their heads. This is why they love to hire college grads, singles, uneducated workers, or anyone they can push around. I would be very hesitant of rules and expectations when considering a job here.
