Pros
Good company with niche value proposition.
Cons
My initial experience during the early months was very positive. However, during my time at Airo, the company restructured its offerings three separate times, which created significant instability and confusion.
The CEO’s expectations around bringing in new clients often felt unrealistic, especially given the constant changes in direction. I was also spoken down to during standup meetings across multiple offices, and many meetings became hostile rather than constructive.
Employee retention in sales appeared to be a major issue. Salespeople typically did not last more than six months, and I was the twelfth person to leave.
Overall, while the opportunity started out well, the environment became increasingly difficult due to shifting priorities, unrealistic expectations, and a lack of respectful communication.
