Akkar's commission model is designed to be competitive, while ensuring sustainability for the business and its employees. We are also dedicated to ensuring full transparency throughout the recruitment process, offering a detailed breakdown of on-target earnings (OTE) expectations. The Talent Acquisition Specialist role entails an OTE figure of £40-45k, which we are confident is realistic and attainable based on historic performance data. We aim to offer a wide range of rewards that are designed to recognise and celebrate success. These include a competitive commission structure, holiday incentives, performance bonuses, EMI scheme and other recognition schemes/benefits, which are available to all employees based on their achievements.
