Lacks brand value when pitching and when trying to exit. Structure is very lean, meaning you not only get a lot of responsibility upwards, but also has to do e.g. Analyst stuff when you are Associate. Pay is a big problem - lower base and lower to on-par bonus. Hours are normal banking hours and sometimes worse because of the lean teams.
