Pros
Good place to work, and learn. There are a variety of transactions you'd normally work on. Good learning opportunities, however work tends to repeat & a lot of your tasks are repetitive in nature. Workload intensity tends to be seasonal, with a busier period during March to June & September to November where you'll find your working hours longer than usual... I do think work life balance has improved a lot since I started working here 2.5 years ago. Management is good; senior management is strong, and they seem to have a touch with reality which is great. The team is very friendly & management is close with team which is always nice.
Cons
Skills you'll gain are more on the technical side; excel, data analysis, financial statement analysis, economic research. Not so much personal development outside of the technical aspects, this comes down to the nature of the work unfortunately and you can request to lead calls/ meetings but it's not made available for juniors. You can find yourself working 3 yrs + with little improvement in your communication skills.
