Pros
Great company culture and the energy is positive. The customers love Alaska Airlines, so most incoming calls were very pleasant.
Cons
The company has an expectation of one-call resolution in 8 minutes or less. Not every call was the same and some calls took much longer, such as rebooking a group of 10 (all with separate tickets) due to weather cancellations across the country. I think the expectation was too rigid.
