Pros
They give you great flight benefits. They are not stingy with bonuses. They have contests and employee recognition week. It's a pretty fun company to work for. Most of the leadership staff is approachable
Cons
Not being able to request a day off is ridiculous. I get that people might abuse their flight benefit but maybe it would be easier to let people request days off and flag that day as unable to non-rev travel. Pretty shady inner politics around shift trades, Even to get medical leave. Supervisors need to be trained on how to talk to people and show empathy. The attendance policy is way too rigid!
