Pros
Flight benefits, and absolutely nothing else.
Cons
I've worked for some behemoth companies in my life, but I have to say... this one is the worst. The company favors yes-men with as little education as possible so they can trick their employees into thinking they are treated well. I'm coming up on my third schedule change in as many months because they have incompetent people working in their scheduling department. Pay is extremely low for the industry, and that is assuming they pay you correctly. I have to track my own hours and correct payroll every single pay cycle; a fact that is made even more ridiculous when you consider the fact that we use completely automated timekeeping. They encourage employees to stab each other in the back, and have a major harassment suit headed their way as they allow employees to record each other in break areas and locker rooms. Management is completely incompetent, and when they actually answer emails their responses are riddled with spelling and grammar errors. I think the most pathetic thing about this company, is that the employees have been brainwashed into thinking they are an industry leader, and that they are well treated. Employees have little to no option to move elsewhere in the industry, because airline jobs are so hard to attain, and most other airlines view Alaska as a joke.
