      Pros

      Getting to live in alaska is a pro in and of itself, but the pay is great, tips can be amazing and it is an amazing once in a lifetime experience.

      Cons

      This job has its tough times, but if you can bring a good attitude it really helps. Days are long and sometimes passengers aren't nice or in a good mood. But I personally always tried to take it as a challenge and those long days mean good money.

      Treated with respect with my input always appreciated. Great pay, bonuses, tips, and even traveled to other divisions early and later in the season. Opportunities for advancement.

      None. I loved my fellow drivers, manager and higher ups

      Super fun job, great tip opportunities, the very best coworkers

      Cons

      Managment is decent depending on what city youre in (run, run from Juneau). They let go the best manager in Ketchikan but the new one is ok. The owners when you meet them are super fake and kind of rude. Inconsistent work sometimes, depends on ships Passengers can be extremely difficult sometimes
