This was the worst company to ever work at. Horrible upper management and ZERO room for growth. If you want to make minimum wage salary this company is for you. The worst working environment. No one speaks to each other.

In addition, we are proud to have amazing career stories in the company, e.g. our Global Head of Operations started as an intern, our Global VP started as an area manager, etc. We are a team of happy, passionate people, committed to delivering the best to our clients and enhancing customer experience globally. It takes character, passion and dedication to succeed in our environment, and we are sorry it wasn't meant for you.

Pros

The close knit team aspect was what kept me staying at this company for as long as I did.

Cons

Upper management did not care about their employees, or listen to any of their concerns. Without our team, there would be no business. There were absolutely no incentives to motivate employees. We were often overworked, extremely underpaid, and ignored when we asked numerous times to hire new employees to help with the workload. The company was very cheap. Most of the team left one after the other, and most of the work is now outsourced to avoid hiring new people. I recommend you stay away from this company.

We are surprised to read some of your comments - our CEO, Global VP and Head of HR have travelled to New York specifically to spend time with the team and hear you out. We awarded promotions and increments to your team. We did hire new full-time team members and independent contractors. We try our best to ensure our compensation and benefits strategy is in line with local benchmarks. Our team members in the US enjoy medical and dental insurance, annual pay review and a generous bonus scheme, amongst other benefits.
